Keep refreshing the paypal checkout link. It took me awhile for my sz.9 to go through

Once it goes through, it will show the adidas page where it says order has been placed with sales tax added in.

You're pretty much gold once you get to that page. 

Got paypal confirmation followed by adidas confirmation email.
