Suede dude and believe me I’ve worn my 700s in the rain it does mess up the suede. Mine have like little dots on them and I’ve tried using a suede brush to no avail. I Still like my pair but I’d like these to look fresh for at least a week or so. The temptation is gonna be strong though.

I dont mind if my shoes get worn and dingy after a while but im not gonna purposely bring em out in bad weather either.

Exactly. I’m spending 3 bills on something they’ll eventually get dinged up and I don’t mind but to wear them in the pouring rain kinda defeats the purpose and tomorrow looks like it’s gonna rain all day in NYC. I still might wear them to a quick store run or 2 to break them in.

Only potential “complaint” with the mauves is the shoe lace color. Needs some pop like the OG pair, that’s the best part of the OGs if you ask me. The laces from the OG pair probably work nicely but unfortunately I no longer have them.
