Definitely be careful with the raffles that want your card number up front... I entered a bunch on a release and immediately had a bunch of unauthorized charges on apple .com. Had to cancel the card and file claims.

I received a W email from SNS at 8:06 AM. Checked my account and charge for $209 is pending. My app still says drawing.

I think it's just a delay on the app. Winners are typically charged early in the morning PST time. I would've received an e-mail from PayPal about 5 hours ago if I won.
