Did you hit it with the UV light? Just asking because regular light doesn’t work. If it doesn’t glow after being under UV then there is definitely an issue. Also do the tags match?

Yeah, just got a pair in. Even though they are so clean in pics they are even better in person. Unreal how clean and nice this shoe is. I love the 380s.
