I actually got a response once...Second 700 drop I went almost three and a half weeks without getting anything so I emailed them saying I was going to file a chargeback...Package popped up in my UPS app like ten minutes later and I got the shoes the next day...
About a month later and they responded to my original email saying that they’re records indicate that I received the shoes and that there was no need for a chargeback...
So about eight weeks after release they responded to my original email thinking that I’d just sent it right then...Almost EIGHT WEEKS, 8...Took them that long to open and look at that email...
I’m convinced they have zero situational awareness in that warehouse...
When demand out weighs the supply they can place customer service on the back burner.sounds to me that these people just don't care about customer service?
