I actually went up half size cause didn’t have 11.5 and the 12 fit good , I always got these in 11.5

I think would have need too snug , maybe my foot grew , but I’m 50 so don’t think so , these seem to have more plush padding

Mine grew a full size at the age of 47-48. I had to sell about 5 pairs of size 12.5 3m tongue 5s to replace them with size 13. That was after realizing the 12 wasn’t working for me a year prior.

I have diabetes and am a solid 9.5-10. before I started Meds and stuff I was buying 10.5-11s because feet were swollen for hrs and I never really looked into it. Had to sell a lot of stuff
