Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard fakes?

So I bought a pair of sbb's for 300$ on ebay, they go around 700$ and I asked if they were real and he said yes, he says they're brand new and he shows the receipt the thing is that this may be a scam and I just wanted you guys to tell me your thoughts about this, this was on ebay and the seller has no feedback.
I'm not too worried about they being fake but mostly about being a scam, I used PayPal though.

I’ve seen a few fake SBBs on eBay. Most of the sellers have 0 feedback.
I believe this pair is fake based off of what you said and the lacing. A lot of fakes are laced like the pair posted.
