Air Jordan 2 Don C fit?

I'm in the market to kop a pair of blue Don C's. I'd say I'm a true US 8 who could squeeze 7.5 or wear an 8.5. Got one of them weird feet. Just want to know if they're TTS or if I could size up or down a 0.5. Thanks.
