No, the shoe itself, the real one, had garbage quality when it released. Feel your shoe, it should not feel soft to the touch. Nike air and stitching looks great. Overall, I wasn't insulting your pair, but the shoe itself. Jordan brand made a huge mess when they released this shoe, and your pair matches up with what I saw. Hope that clears things up!

I would say legit. The true blue 3s that I got off of nike has even worse quality, so youre good to go!
