so u went to finishline got a raffle ticket and you didnt ask dem how theyre process work?
usually after a certain time if the Raffle winners didnt pick up their pair its FCFS OR if theres is pairs available after the deadline the store do a RERAFFLE.
either or... my advice for you is to CALLL THE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!
