Yeah I know some of it sat, but I always felt like part of it was due to which pieces they chose to release. Like the Flight suits look cool hanging on the rack, but I never bought those and I understand why others didn't. Not exactly an easy thing to pull off, at least not to me LOL
BUT there are plenty of OG pieces like shorts and warmup pants and hoodies and jackets that I would snap up in a flash if given the opportunity. They could also redo things like the nylon III and IV flight suits in a more modern way. Gimme both the white and black with EP jacket designs on a full or 1/4 zip hoodie (pretty sure they DID do that a dozen or so years ago during one of the III rereleases) and I'd be all over it.

I still search Jordan Hoodie / Jacket daily on ebay. Never can tell, and its a trip down Memory Ln.
