Makes sense for the separation then. I have a pair of Olympic 7s from 2012s and they're tanks in terms of casual wear. But considering they almost a 10 year shoe, the separation is definitely coming sooner than later.

I have my 2012's and worn them but they are solid still. I'm super in on these though. This is my fav AJ VII and probably the 3rd Jordan I ever bought. I was obsessed with my 02's and am really hoping they come out like that.

100% agreed...Give me the same build quality the 2015 Aqua’s had with the red pull tab and I’d take ALL the pairs...I wouldn’t even complain if they didn’t use the cracked durabuck on the upper...But that’s a discussion everybody can have when we get closer to 2023...

As for now...The Playoff 7’s...What are we thinking for a possible release date? All Star Weekend?

And which build are y’all pulling for? Taiwan or Korea?

you’ll get all types of fodder in here from various patrons.... really they’re pretty similar and OGorBust on Instagram has an awesome video breaking down the two factory versions. I’ve had two ds 7s black and red from the different factories and mine were almost exactly the same, yet I’ve had a third og 7that was way different. Just inconsistency in materials used then would give either an almost black nubuck... or an almost faded more gray hue nubuck. That’s basically it in a nutshell.

If they nail the upper and it’s not all the same exact black durabuck like 2012.... I’m gonna need a bare minimum of 82 thousand pairs of these.
