I wore these in high school. Midsoles are cracking and they are unwearable. Before I throw them out - they have to get the Freddy Kruger treatment:
Notes:

The upper is very layered in construction - heel counter wraps around several layers of leather.

Soild rubber outsole

The current AJ2 retro has full length air. If this mold had full length air, it could have been a very good performance shoe.

I remember wearing these to school on the first day of my sophomore year. You got more life out of them than I did mine.

wow...can't believed you disassembled them. It's cool as I have never actually directed a shoe I'm purpose but then again hurts to see.
