Their attempt of the "cracked durabuck" resulted in the two tone look. They tried to replicate an original feature resulting in two shades on the finished product. I dont think it was done on purpose imo.It's crazy that JB really went in on making these mostly accurate to the '93 pair, even down to the cracked look on certain parts of the durabuck, only to throw in an unnecessary two tone upper. Pull tab could also be longer but the two tone upper is the most criminal offense by far.
