Here's the thing about the 2012's being the "performance beasts" everyone says they are, how often did you see ANYONE in the NBA wearing them? Yes these probably will be great to play in just like the 2010-2012, but let's be honest for a second here; how many of us on this forum actually NEED more shoes to play ball in? We buy shoes because they look great or they're a great deal (like the 2012s that are on sale right now) and for most of us, their actual performance is just a nice perk. I'm hoping for the best with the 2013s (the 2011s are still one of my favorite shoes to wear), but JB has been generally pretty disappointing with this line.

Seriously though, I find it comical that they're still doin this yearly signature. Shoulda stopped at 23. Shoulda never started naming them after the year. All they'll do is sit unless some clowns actually bite on the new gimmicky 'performance' concept.

Exactly, the funny thing is you will have a few fools who pay retail when they can grab it for $60 at the outlet 1-2 months later and tell everyone that they will regret not buying. JB has become the biggest joke in shoes, the only thing i am interested in is to see the pic so I can have a good laugh. Carry on JB stans.

Pesimisim at its finest here in the Jordan forum, I admit I thought the 2012s were trash when the first pics came out but the finished product turned out just fine imho , I'll reserve judgment until we get a finished product this time, I appreciate the use of new tech bought 2011s on sale strictly for ball and they perform great , I'll probably do the same when the 2012s come to the outlets, because after all theses sneakers are in reality BASKETBALL SHOES!

agreed. the 2012s performed very well and were extremely comfortable... especially since i got two pairs for $120 lol. i love them, and i really dont think that look that bad, compared to all the other yearly signatures.

I like all of the Air Jordans and I take them for what they are worth.  Unfortunately, most people only want retros.  I can't wait to see what the 2013 will look like.  I will probably buy them because I usually get the flagship model with the exception of the 2010.

the teaser pic of the AJ 2013 reminds me of a sports car interior somehow.
If the shape and colorblocking is good I consider to get them.
Also hope that they don't sell for too high price.
