i thought the same - but usually Nike uses the older style "vintage" Nike logo with orange swoosh and different font for Athletics Westitems.

That's not navy, its black.

But hold up... they scrapped the gum sole?!?! That sucks if true. The partial gum sole is part of what made these shoes so hot. Nike always cutting corners.
