I see people talking about "I missed out" or "I slept" last time all the time. More than half the time it is in threads regarding shoes that bricked at their release. Now, I can understand that sometimes you mean to scoop something and you procrastinate or keep buying other things instead and eventually the pair is nowhere to be found. ...But, when you see people make these claims over and over - regarding shoes that were widely available on clearance racks (I bought triples of the Auburns for 59.99 each, last release), you have to conclude that they are basically lying and are just brand new to the hobby.

Just say that you only recently starting collecting and you're happy to have a shot at these. Instead, people stay pretending they've been doing this for a long time, but sound suspicious and out themselves over something it wasn't worth lying about in the first place.

I'm not sure who exactly is and isn't lying in these threads, but I know some of you "sleepers" are really just "liars."

Whatever. They can't get the webtec design right on these, let alone the materials. I'll be passing like Eli in the 4th quarter on these babies.

I'd say that I was disappointed in these if I was expecting them to look any better than the last release. Wasn't really hoping for much, so at least it's not another shoe I have to debate whether or not to set aside money for.

I was thinking the same thing, because the auburns released twice and were heavily discounted each time.
