so whats that mean for the independent stores?? does that mean they still get to flush em down toilets, turn their store into real-life eBay, charge an arm anda leg, or have raffles??

Maybe you should just call them and find out. It seems like stores aren't putting information up early because they don't want all these kidscalling/camping/etc. as soon as they see the ads a week before release.
