I've argued with people on this ever since they released. I know all people's feet are different but they WCs definitely fit bigger. Maybe not a full half size but maybe a quarter of a size? It's not a huge difference I don't think, but it's definitely noticeable especially after wearing FRs/Wizards back to back with them.
Well as you said everyone's feet are different. I tried my wc3s on twice because of all the size talk in this thread and these fit true to size just like every other 3. Probably just inconsistency somewhere on Nike's part, I wouldn't put it past them.

Wore both WC and FR extensively and they both fit TTS. AKA the same. There’s no need to size down in any 3s for that matter unless you just prefer your shoes to fit tighter than they need to be for absolutely no reason other than unconventional personal preference. They’re TTS.

Only 3’s I’ve noticed that fit different were the True Blues. They felt more snug than all my other 3’s

That's because those had more padding around the collar so it made them fit snug/smaller than other Jordan 3's.
