Probably because it appears to be consistently better, which is no surprise considering it was less mass produced.

For me it’s the OG vs retro aspect. I hold the OG colorways and models in high regard so I want them reissued in the best quality (pipe dream I know lol), whereas retros that are new colorways have less expectation maybe.

I’m thinking about picking up a pair, I have the pair with Rogers logo.. The Atmos CW… I still haven’t wore them.. Can’t bring myself to do it…. So the TB cw will do for now

It would be hard for me to wear them also because they are worth so much now.

This racer blue color way is not very sought after, so it’s perfect for beating into the ground.
