IMHO, the back panel of these should've been like a dark charcoal, like on the Aqua 8s. Anyway, I'll probably cop a pair down the line, but MOST DEFINITELY not for retail.

Come to think of it that woulda made these look more dope. That suede looks terrible in the close up pics! I don't know why they didn't just go with the material they put on the Black Metallic 6's from last year it woulda looked much better on these.

Nightwing is cool and all but the idea that a member of the public painted on your product and so if you ultimately release a product that looks similar, you 'owe' them or somehow you're ****ty for not recognizing them or the product is trash, is absolute nonsense. not even gonna trot out examples and hypotheticals, it's stupid on its face
