...but better question is when would i get these, if i get them. Creme looks like they are notorious for slow or no shipping based on reviews. anyone have success with them?

If you looked at all those negative reviews with people talking about not receiving their shoes ever and just general poor customer service, yet still decided to buy from them, I don't know what to tell you. Should've just sucked it up and paid a few extra bucks to get the shoes from ebay if you really wanted them.
