Interested to see if NBC has some post game show like Inside the NBA but seems most likely it'll be on Peacock. While that's obviously a downer compared to being on TNT and that show being on the same network as the game so there's no changeover it just seems like the direction every network/streamer is going. Currently one of my biggest gripes if having to change from a traditional OTA network like ESPN/TNT and then having to get on a streaming app like ESPN+ etc. Not to mention ESPN+'s interface is horrendous and way too busy.

Thanks for posting, this was a great read. For me ESPN has ruined a lot of my NBA viewing experience, the manufactured debates, and then this latest Stephen A Smith clown show yesterday before the Knicks game.

I'm excited to see what NBC comes up with for this day and age and who they are able to hire - Marv Albert, **** Engberg, and Steve Snapper Jones are not walkin through that door.

I'm guessing Maria Taylor will be a studio host because she has NBA experience. They already have Mike Tirico and Noah Eagle for play-by-play too.

i assume whoever they have this summer would be the front runners for a spot.

But NBC got the NBA right as Jordan and the Bulls were ascending. And that played a huge factor in NBC's success as well. (Nobody Beats Chicago.)

The NBA on NBC coincidentally dipped in quality after the lockout and Jordan retiring again. (Remember NetZero at the Half?)

If/When NBC gets NBA rights again, it's going to be closer to ABC/ESPN's current coverage (fewer games on TV and more on Peacock) and a lot less the NBC of the 90s. (Long pre-game shows and Game 7 Tripleheaders.)
