Props to Woj for going out on top. He became a celebrity, but sometimes I wonder who wants that life.
It's gone from who is best to who is first, and that's all that gets played up in the media. If you tweet 30 seconds behind someone else you get bashed. If you are completely wrong, we forget about it. You also have backdoor deals, agents and GMs with agendas, the leaking game and as Jay Glazer has said...you sleep with your phone with you because of paranoia of missing news.
Woj the writer probably remembers the Sports Illustrated days where we all read news reports 4 days later......and life was fine

Wonder how many years Zach had left on his contract. Will he take a buy-out to work immediately or kick his feet up and get paid out.
Could see him going to The Athletic for writing and maybe NBC/Amazon for media after this upcoming season.

Nick kind of cooked here. He worded it a lot more eloquently than I could. Among those people who like Caitlin Clark there is a certain conservative, white audience who use being a fan of Caitlin as a way to demean black and lesbian women, The majority of whom are open about their liberal politics.
They viewed Caitlin as a conservative white knight (straight, white woman from Iowa). This is why some of them were up in arms when Caitlin seemingly endorsed Kamala when she liked some of Kamala's tweet
