I can appreciate the hardwork with the swap but I dont like it. Don't get me wrong tho, it does sounds sick

They probably saved weight. The new LSx motors are very lightweight.
VQ weighs in at less than 320lbs. LS2 is somewhere in the 450 lb. range.

The LS2 will make more power with less effort though, but I thought it was just a show car? To me swapping an American V8 in a Japanese coupe is like swappinga Japanese I6 into a Corvette, completely defies the point.
