This is what I saw towards the end of last year that made me overly optimistic about being the most dangerous team in the East. Then we lost our PG's, Shump went down and Amare's return threw things off.
As long as the ball is moving there is no reason not to be optimistic and to think this team is very, very dangerous.

Melo is forcing it this game. But we are much better than last year, it looks like we should be able to get through Melo's bad games and still find ways to win this year. Hes gonna keep shooting, thats what hes there for. Just wish he wasnt forcing so many bad shots. But You have to live with it to be honest

Melo still gets no calls though. Him getting to the FT line an extra 2-3x would increase the horrible FG %.

No doubt about it. I still dont get why he doesnt get the calls. I mean Its like hes on Shaq status (obviously not as serious) but its like they know hes so much bigger and physical than everyone else down there that they allow other players to damn near assualt him when he goes up. It would be one thing if a guy like Bron got the same treatment. But you cant even breathe on Bron in the lane without him getting a call and him and Melo are about the same size although Melo def plays more physical.

Game looks great. Started off slow but we're still aggressive on defense and moving the ball. I love the intensity that Melo is playing with. That tech on JR was ridiculous. I understand why the NFL is getting soft but the NBA is just pathetic.
