Angelus leather paints for a students cleats

Hi I can’t comment on the Adidas ones. But the Nike vapours should be easy. First off u need to sand the cleats with sand paper. The grits used in order are 400grit, then 800 grit, then 1500 grit sandpaper. After you have sanded the shoes, go over with a heavy duty scotch brite pad and give it another rub. Then just grab a cotton ball with acetone and acetone the whole shoe. This will get rid of the bits and pieces left by the sand paper but also giving something the paint can bite onto. Give it bout 15mins of dry time. After that spray the cleat with some adhesion promoter (follow the instruction of the spray). After that done u can paint. Also to note with the fabric material at the top u need a softening medium. U can pick up angelus too soft but need a heat gun for that. Hope that helps
