OK so I purchased a GE z wave smart dimmer switch to control my dining room chandelier.

Unfortunately when I went to install I noticed I didn't have the required nuetral switch that you need to use it.

I went to home depot earlier and bought 14/3 cable to replace the 14/2 I had running to the switch.

I followed this diagram when I went to wire it all up but I can't get it to work. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I buttoned everything back up so can't take pics at the moment but I have the

2 black powers tied together

The red with the black wire on the chandelier

The white with the other white and also the other black from the chandelier.

The grounds with the grounds.

Then on the switch I have

Black on load
Red on line
White on nuetral
Ground on ground
