I worked there and did overnight stock. The work wasn't hard, lifting heavy stuff, stocking shelves, etc. and I actually liked that it was overnightbecause I didn't have to deal with idiot customers.

I hated that there wasn't a set end time, we would go in to work at 10 pm and work sometimes til 3 am or 8 am, depending on how large the truck was.

I only did it over summer, no way I could do that and go to school at the same time.
