I'm looking to switch jobs and just got a call recently for a job with AT&T as a Sales Consultant..The woman that called me from Staff Services didthis pre-screening thing over the phone and said she'd call me back if they decided to continue forward with the hiring process..Is that common or doesthat mean she wasn't impressed by my answering of the questions n just wanted to let me down easy?
