Anyone else's mind constantly wander?

I didn't sleep for an entire 365...no joke...everyday seemed the same...and I could barely drive to work as it was a blur.  My mind never stopped.  That was a long hiatus off NT, the internet, my girl, and pretty much everything.

Analytical Brain needs to be constantly challenged...once it conqueres challenges, everything seems...enhhhhhhh ordinary.  It can be a Gift and a Curse.

start meditating, you will understand your mind better and learn to tame/control your thoughts.

Chronic daydreamer. That has a nice ring to it.
I always found it the most accurate description of myself.
I've noticed the only time I'm actually focused is when I'm creating something, sometimes pertaining to the daydream or thought, but then everything else gets neglected in the process.
Like someone else said its seems like a side effect from being an introvert.

i had to train myself to pay attention to things around me, especially in school. when the professor is talking i literally write down everything he says word for word so i can process it when i'm going over my notes.

sounds exactly like me. i can focus on tasks when i know what i'm going to do and there's a plan. but when it's more blurry it's harder for me to focus.
i definitely daydream all the time during lectures at school, and now during work.

Happens to me, and that's why I cant study or watch movies by myself most of the time. I'll just start doing something else or my mind will wander. What can I do about this? I think I hav ADD, but I dont want medication. I need a natural remedy.
