anyone ever had problems with zales?

for those of you that have bought an engagement ring/wedding band from zales, who of you had issues with them? i've had several issues with zales, ring sizing, diamonds fell out.. tried to contact the districts manager, and then the regional manager.. tried calling customer service, send them emails, wrote letter, still nothing.. zales has the worst customer service ever!

anyone else had bad experiences with them?
