Anyone had bad experience with PLNDR?

WBought $200 worth of clothes on 3/3/15 and order was cancelled which I barely found out like 3 days ago, and money wasnt returned. Sent them emails about wanting a refund and called the number provided for customer service and no answer on both.. anyone whose had similar situation howd u get in contact with them or do you know if cc visa can refund it

Same thing is happening with me and Karmaloop right now. Ordered something back on the 7th and it still hasnt shipped. Told them to cancel my order and refund me and i keep getting a automated response email about how they are too busy and to wait for a response from them.

Same thing happened to me on rag and bone the other day. I think it's cuz the billing and shipping address was different. 4 days later still got my 400 on hold smh

About 2 years ago I bought 4/5 shirts, none got delivered, I emailed them, they gave me credit that didn't work they stopped replying after that.

Smh, they oughta shut it down temporarily until they get their **** together, they're pretty much scamming people off their money. Checked their fb and they update it sometimes twice a day and they can't read/answer emails..

I ordered a shirt for my son. The shirt was too large for him. The site does not offer any information about exchanges and NO return label. I have to pay for return shipping, and I would have to pay for the new order to get a new size. That is about $30 in shipping for a $30 shirt. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for about 35 minutes to find out how to do an exchange, and basically it is return it and after we receive it we will process an exchange. No guarantee on anything. I will never order from this company again, and my son will let his friends know not to order from PLNDR.com PLNDR is a BLUNDER.

Well, i ordered a pair of very cute wedges on October 4th, 2013. I picked 4-7 day shipping, and waited the full 7 days (i didn't count Saturday, Sunday). by the 7th day i 1. didn't have my shoes 2. didn't even have a tracking number. After half an hour on their website i finally found an email address to contact them, so i did. I told them my situation and they gave me my tracking number but then told me i put in my address wrong so it was sent back to where it was shipped from (Which was fine) i had to give them my address TWICE after that. On the 17th it says my package was delivered to Louisville Kentucky and signed by an unknown person (I Live in Indiana, not Kentucky) I emailed them today (October 26th) and they are FINALLY "Contacting" their "Shipping Specialist". NEVER ORDER FROM PLNDR.

I ordered 4 items from plndr on jan 4. Ten days later 3 of the 4 items are delivered. I wait a couple days for my last item to arrive but nothing, so i email them and they told me it was a pre sale item and it would be shipped in 7 to 10 days.... Its been 5 weeks and still havent got my order. I emailed them today and they said they're having problems in thier warehouse and my item will be shipped as soon as possible. Don't ever buy from plndr ever.

Yeah I've ordered from there 5 or 6 times. Never had a problem though.

Ordered off PLNDR & Karmaloop on many occasions, and have had problems a few times. Usually able to work it out with customer service through the phone. Contacting them through email is terrible, would definitely recommend using the phone, but holding/waiting in line for a rep also sucks. Refunds take time to process.

Store doesn't have A+ service, but I mean, that's not going to keep me away.
