Anyone having a problem paying for stuff on ebay?

Im trying to pay for something I won and after I log into paypal from ebay, I get this message telling me to add a credit card.

Tried calling Ebay but it says the estimated waiting time is 60 mins. 


Ive been trying to pay for the last 2 hrs.


Anyone else experiencing this??

Not sure if you figured it out, but I just bought a pair of kicks and had no problem. Same as usual; log in to PayPal, select my shipping address & payment method, then confirm.
