Im from Houston they sent me to Austin for a months worth of training. Been on the sales floor now for 2 weeks, still learning everything, but overall feel pretty comfortable with sales, opus system, and other things. What really sucks is being the new guy because i have no seniority so im always closing and working weekends, my other job i worked mornings and had most weekends off if not at least a sunday or saturday. Anyways just wanted to here some things from other AT&T employees.
How long did it take you to get completely comfortable using the opus on the ipad?
