Anyone work in the bar/club/service industry?

What type of establishment do you work at? What do you do? How do you like it?

I work at a bar and semi-club aimed at students around campus as a bar back. Gets tough sometimes when it's really busy and hot but cant complain about the pay. I make minimum wage ($10.25/hour) plus tips so it usually works out to $100-110 in total for 4 hours of work. Not to mention I find money on the ground here and there.

Anyone else on NT in the industry?

i bar tended for a couple years. its was really fun, would make around $150 a night on normal days and $300+ on special events.
My boss though was an idiot. tried to tell us we shouldn't expect tips and that extra money should go in the cash register :x i worked one more night after that and came out with around $700
