The 4 is still the best looking iphone yet.
This space grey should have been replaced by a flat or matte black, even a brushed Aluminum.

If the Gold or a Silver are the only ones in stock because everyone is grabbing Grey's I'm waiting.

I think the 3g was the best phone design wise they have ever made.  Sat in the palm of your hand so nicely.

My 64gig gold 6 will be shipped around the first week of october.  Just glad i don't have to worry about it.  Paid for just call me when i can get it

The thing about ATT next is that it gives you the option to upgrade early but i just don't get why that is enticing.  When was the last time a phone came out and it was so much more advanced then its predecessor that you HAD to have it.  Apple software stays supporting at least 2 older iterations of their phones anyway.  So its almost impossible to feel that outdated after your 2 year upgrade window is open.  ATT next is just preying on your impulses.  Relax its only a phone you can wait for 2 years.

Anybody in here sell their iPhone 5? Just tryna figure out a good price for a 32GB in great condition. Checked CL and prices are all over the place smh.

The screen isn't the only reason to get the + it's got a better camera and larger battery

If you ordered your phone from AT&T go in and check your order status again. After my order I had a 10/14-10/22 estimated delivery, just checked this morning and it's 10/2-10-14 :D.

people have been saying this for every release the last 3 years. everyone knows by now

Man if y'all getting the Aron's and rent a center ATT plans y'all deserve to be broke

patience wait you can up grade

or

if you can't come up with 200-400 dollars for a luxury phone maybe you shouldn't buy it or wait to stack up

don't fall for these NEXT and Jump plans.

that's a way for these companies to make you pay for the phone and keep you under contract. before the contract was a way for the company to pay for part of the phone and you agree to stay with them now they jerking both ways

you do realize its all the same right? Pay a 2 yr contract and pay an extra 25-30 bucks even when you dont buy a new phone, or pay 25-30 bucks less per month AND get zero down payment and pay the extra 25-30 only when you buy a new phone.

lol Its amazing how people dont grasp the concept of these systems, 2 yr contract and financing your phone is all the same.

shipping for me was updated to 9/23-10/2

im cool with it

I would have been cool with october though.  I am in no rush

I dont see the 6+ being in stores till mid Nov- Dec honestly, the 6 should be easy to get though.

I have no doubt that 6+ will be in stock by November for black Friday. If not I'm not bugging I use a note 3 for my day to day stuff anyway. I just need to upgrade my other line.

No, the 299 would be if you signed a 2 year contract and paid up front.

The benefit of paying a small amount per month like $31 they are charging you is you don't have to pay 299 right away.

The downfall is if you take the $31 per month like you did, you pay the FULL price of the phone.

$31x24mos=$744 (Full price of phone)

If you've got 2/300 upfront, just pay for it and sign the 2 yr contract
This

you pay the entire vaule of the phone under the plan don't you pay

25-30 * 24 months = (25=600$ and 30=720$)

Plus the contract that if you don't like I'm sure you have to pay off the rest of the contract and phone. so u really locked in

Then a large hit is better than 30 dollar drip over two years that's the cost of Internet in some places.

Think about any plan that allows lower income folk or makes you pay over time is not advantageous no company does that. they pray on those who have less. paying out right is the best way cause you have your freedom, next is the contract you pay like 200-400, because you planned on keep that company for the next two years

so yea I'm sure i understand that these plans are for the company to make money while making you think 0 down is helping someone

0 down never helps anyone but the lender.

go ahead get that great deal that they are offering remember the more you put down for anything in life the less you pay over the course of the loan or agreement. i will say the only if and or but is phones cause if you plan to stay with a carrier then just take the subsidized amount and roll with the 2 yrs.

Meh it all depends on personal preferences. When I was with att I was paying 108 a month for 450 minutes, unlimited text, insurance, and 3 gigs of data. With t-mobile I'm paying 70 for unlimited everything and 25 a month for my iphone. That's not a bad deal if you ask me. I have the original jump plan which means I can change phones out every 6 months if I wanted to without having to pay half of the phone balance off and my jump is 10 a month but it also covers phone insurance.

lol what are you talking about? 2 yr contract plans cost MORE than Edge/Next/Jump/etc plans. The reason is because the phone subsidy is built into the rate plan. YOU think youre getting a good deal paying 199 for a phone PLUS having a bill that is 25-30 bucks higher across the board, and say year 3 comes and you dont want a new phone your bill is STILL 25-30 bucks higher.

With the payment plans your bill is CHEAPER when a phone isnt being financed, so after two years or when ever you pay off your phone if you dont finance another phone you are paying less money per month for your bill SAVING you money. 2 yr contract and finance are the same, you save money if you chose not to get a phone but they are the same.

Once again, what is hard to grasp about this?

Using VZW for example.

a 10 gb plan is 100 bucks, and the line access cost for a smart phone is 40 bucks giving you a total of 140, a VZW edge 10gb plan is 100 but you get a discount of 25 bucks on the line access fee so your bill is 115.

So lets say both users want to get a 16gb iphone 6 which is 199 2 yr and 650 full retail/32.49 zero down.

2 yr contract = 199 for phone + 3360 (140 X 2yrs) =3559

Edge customer = 0 down for phone + (147.49 x 24)= 3539.76, the 147.49 comes from the 115 plan and 32.49 phone being financed.

so that is 3559 for 2 yr contract vs 3539 on vzw edge.

NOW lets say on yr 3 you dont want a new phone

with a 2 yr contracty your plan is still 140, so you have 3559 you already paid in 2 yrs PLUS 140X12=1680, so 1680 + 3559 =5239 in the span of 3 yrs.

The same edge customer says he doesnt want a phone a yr 3 and his plan drops from 147.49 to 115 because he paid his phone off so you have the 3539.76 you already paid in the first 2 yrs and 115X12=1380 in yr 3, so 1380 + 3539.76 = 4919.76

5239 - 4919.76= 319.24 saved in 3 yrs if you dont buy a phone in yr 3, and  20 bucks saved if you just do edge instead of a 2 yr contract.

So I ended up canceling my AT&T.com order after I saw the mid/late October ship date.

Walked into my local Radio Shack on Saturday looking to preorder a Silver 6+ 64GB. All the 64GBs were sold out in the 6+ so I went ahead and got the Silver 6+ 128GB instead.

I am spending an extra $100 but whatever, the value is there. Not to mention Radio Shack is giving away $50 iTunes GC's with any iPhone 6 / 6+ purchase.

Best part of all this is that I will have my phone on release date.
