Anyone know what the problem would be if my phone keeps asking me to trust this computer? Every time i plug it in via the usb on a PC or a Mac i get the same message. **** is annoying. :lol

Apparently you can online, Activation lock and warranty check out. Now would you say the price is ok?
Considering that most 6's go on Craigslist for $500-600, it's not a bad price.

Just don't get burned. Those cracks are serious.

What do you mean? As in apple not being able to fix it under warranty? Underlying issues? I was probably gonna cough up the fee to get the screen replaced

Check groupon for local iphone screen repairs. You can most likely get it fixed for ~$100 if its not covered.

He means that buying a used anything carries a chance of getting burned so beware.

You sound way to nervous already so just buying one new might be the best bet for you.

Sounds like any issue you have, you will be burning the sellers phone up asking about this and that.

The price is good even with the crack and bruises.

I think your best bet is buying one new, based on the impression you are giving off.

IF it were me, and I couldn't buy a new one for $299 less trade in less discounts with a 2year contract, I'd buy that one for $25o, but I'm not a paranoid type either.

Just check the serial number and make sure it's not iCloud locked and you're good. At that price though the buyer may be trying to dump he phone. I still see damaged 6s going for 300 here in Houston

apple won't fix that phone under warranty i think they will for like 150. best bet is fix and bring it to apple and tell them the phone is giving crazy problems with dropping calls and battery is no good. they should replace under warranty at that point. the price is good tho seeing that i just sold my 5S 64gig for $280

I get that buying things online comes with a risk, most of us aren't new to this. I'm just taking the proper precautions like most people would with buying electronics to cover my tail. I'm not overly paranoid i'm just ignorant to buying used apple devices (Would be 1st apple device, android phones are simple, pop sim card in and good to go)

Also im on VZW so I would be footing the bill for the entire price of the phone :x

Both the iCloud lock and warranty info come back clean.

Thanks for the tip, I'm hoping the battery is still in ok shape and phone works otherwise so I won't have to go that route.

Verizon has a $200 smartphone trade in right now.

The 64gb is $199 with new 2yr contract.

If it is within 30 days of your contract ending, or you don't have a contract,  sign a new one and go that route.

Thanks for that heads up.

Without getting into the specifics, my plan rate would stay the same if I went that route and I would have to wait since i'm in contract until November. I'm looking to decrease my bill with getting the 25 dollar credit when my contracts up.

I thought Verizon got rid of contracts

I didn't know that. I just did a S6 for my sister on Tuesday for $99 after trade in and a new 2yr.

Maybe it's just for new customers, not existing.

I just googled it :hat
Many Verizon customers panicked when the carrier recently announced that it is ending 2-year subsidized phone contracts. Existing customers, however, will still be offered contracts as long as they retain their current plans. (Photo : Apple | Tech Times)

would you guys pay 250 for this, and would this crack be replaceable by the apple store? According to seller it's under warranty until october of this year.

64 GB

Edit: also, what can I do as a buyer to not get burned? the device is not iclould locked.

apple will not work on that display. the enclosure is too bent. as far as everything else, i would tread lightly. it might be stolen and reported to the carrier.

i'm thinking of making the switch back to t-mobile. any thoughts on them? anyone in austin have any insight?

The guy seemed honest, I didn't notice the bent frame near the volume (pictures avoided it) until after I sent the invoice payment. I brought it up to him and he refunded the payment without issue.

Back on the hunt, I can pass the sellers info along if anybody is interested.

How much $

Yeah, with the dude buying that iPhone up there, I stay away from buying off CL or eBay with phones. WAY too many things could backfire your way

Anyone here feel like their 6+ maximum volume isn't as loud as it should be?

Ex. My girls 6 sounds louder and more crisp and clear vs. my 6+. When we put on a YouTube video for our son with her phone we have to lower the volume at times, but for mine we gotta go max volume. I don't know if it's just in my head because of the surrounding environment, or it's really defective.
