Not true, I pre ordered mine last Friday and canceled on Sunday. Call in and talk to someone. The bad thing about making that phone call is the wait time.
I waited an hour to to talk to customer service for 3 minutes.

I think when you initally install iOS 10 for the first while it analyzes your photos for faces if you have a newer phone.

Got my matte black 7 delivered this morning. This phone is lightning fast man..coming from a 6 this feels like a major upgrade. The camera is fire too.

Just came back from the Apple Store to play with the phone and man it's the same thing as my phone plus the extra features. I do like the home button and the camera is nice. Does anybody really use 3D Touch though?

Yeah don't wait around till they send it. I went in at 12 and my order still said processing and they hadn't put it in the site to store cubby area. Theyll ask you for your order number then they just went to grab it from the back. I probably could have got it earlier but I decided to wait till i couldn't wait no mo!
