Applying for jobs with a DWI on your record

How does it effect you, which jobs will it keep you from getting? I'll have my associates in Communications after this semester, then going to get my bachelors in English. Studying to work in the journalism field.

Are you going to be driving for a living? I don't see how it would effect you.
A job has never asked me for my driving record.

My brother is a paralegal at some law firm and got a DUI while working there and even that hasn't effected his status. (Not surprised becuz those lawyers get it in)

unless your applying for a job that requires driving then you are fine... be sure not to get another one...
