Are skull outfitters legit ?

I ordered a fitted from them friday paid via paypal, emailed them today when to expect for it to ship because I didnt get a tracking # email from them.

They tell me their system posted that fitted by accident and offered me to order another fitted and I just told em Id like a refund...

Anyone order from them before? have any problems etc?
