Are these bred 11's real or fake? Also, is 295 a good deal?

These are posted in a local craigslist ad. The seller said they are worn once in 9.5/10 condition with reciept from 2012. im Jw if 270 is a good deal and are these real? Thanks!

They look legit, not a good shot of the bottom though. I think 270 is an ok deal. I've seen them go for 300, new.

FInally some legit bred 11's. But 295 is a little high. I had a pair I just sold in better condition than that for $260.
