Are these Flyknit Max's Legit?

Hi Everyone,

Long time lurker, first post....just grabbed these Flyknit Max's off of eBay after Finish Line canceled my order (size sold out).  The back heel part of the shoe looked a little off to me in terms of the black/anthracite contrasting, but I'd like to defer to the experts out there for your opinions!  If any different or better pictures are needed, please let me know.   Thank you in advance for your time, I really do appreciate it!!

I think it's not legit. Color(black/grey) of the weaves on the side of the shoes looks strange and too evenly distributed.

Fakes. Size tag is clearly off.
Also the logo/font on the tongue is off and should be black/grey, not black/white.
