Are these Lebron 12 datas fake/used?

Hello

I purchased these lebron 12 datas for my wife, were said to have been "never worn outside only in the house",

but by the way the bottom looks, it looks to have been worn but cleaned very well, i dont see any dirt.

Also if you look at the logo on the back its heavly off centered, which could be a simple defect but ive never really bought a pair of shoes with a defect of such or owned any fakes shoes but im thinking possibly fake.

I paid $140 for size 9.

also if you look at the logo on the back, the black one, its a different size on each shoes, ones fatter then the other shoe.

100% legit, but dirty for sure.

Worn outside-can tell by heel drag and obviously by the looks of the outsole.

Also, you could find these for 140 new easy.
