Are these legit cool grey 11s?

So this guy I might contact has a pair of fairly used cool grey 11s. He didn't take a very good picture of the bottom for the carbon fiber but he did take a picture of the 23 on the back. I'm not sure whether the 23 is a little weird cause wear or he did the 23 fix on reps or what. Someone please help me before I contact him about trades (I might trade him LeBron 10 Cutting Jades with minor drag). Pics are not detailed to be accurate esp the carbon fibers.. but still they look suspect..
The #23 on the back is not the correct size and is too small for a sz 11.5 like what youve noticed. Also, the fact that the asking price is low makes it a lil more questionable where in fact those still range on the 200usd+ area in that condition on EBAY.
