Are these real ? Cant find by item number. Value ?

Appears to be 2002.  Cannot find by Item Number here or on Google. 

The Adornments on the Sides and the Tongue are iridescent. It does not show well in photos. 

Bottom has INTERTRACT written in Block Text and I find no reference to that term.

Any Help or info appreciated.

Could be a rip-off of the Air Zoom T90 ii.
