Yeah, this was one of the first pieces I did digitally. I was too excited to just get it done that I didn't even go back and correct some mistakes. 
I use Photoshop and a Wacom Tablet. 

Here's the first of a series that I'm doing. Misinterpreting rap lyrics. Ha.
