As we mentioned earlier this morning, Michael Vick is going to bePhiladelphia's third quarterback on Sunday.  Once he gets there.

ESPN's Sal Paolantonio reports that Vick has yet to arrive to the Linc for Sunday's game.

Playersare usually required to arrive at least two hours before the game.Vick isn't expected to arrive until someone around 12:30 ET, 30 minutesbefore. It's odd, but we'll let you know if there is anything more tothe story.

Vick is active but they said he isn't even gonna be on the sidelines, he will be in the locker room unless needed...ODD
