Word going around backstage is that Kevin Nash has a medical issue that is keeping him off Night of Champions and it will be cleared up, most likely, within a few weeks. While sources report that WWE won’t have Nash wrestling, another believes Nash could be wrestling at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view in October.

Saving Nash V Punk for HIC is better anyway, But I dont think they have a clue as to what to do for Vengance, maybe you give Punk a match with hopefully Del Rio... Nash and or HHH try and cost Punk the title, and someone that your going to put on team Punk comes in and evens the score to set up Survivor Series. I think HHH should go over Punk at NOC though with Nash helping It would give more meaning to a HIC match between the 2.
I'd hate to say it but the title almost cant come off Del Rio though.
Since May 1st at Extreme Rules the title has been as follows
Miz, Cena, Punk, Rey, Cena, Punk, Del Rio, depending on how you want to count, thats either 6 or 4 title changes in 4 months... Its one thing to say that Cena keeps getting the title back for the Rock matchup, its another when he keeps losing it. Keeping it on Del Rio seems like the best idea. Give him a good 6 month reign til Elimination Chamber, drop it to Cena, and move on.
No doubt the picture should include Cena and Punk, wouldnt mind Ziggler, Miz or even Morrison getting shots at the B PPV's , Morrison vs Del Rio at TLC if done right can draw money imo. All that being said, Cena Keeping the title until WM still makes no sense, Punk getting back in the picture at Vengance makes sense, but not if hes gone drop it to Cena and not if hes going to be screwed out of it again.Cena not holding that title til WM could work, but not if to get him another reign you hot potato the title to him afterwards. Booking Del Rio strong til at least the Rumble seems like the best bet overall, because best case Punk HHH and Nash are feuding til at least Survivor Series.
I get WWE classics and my fav survivor series was 93, depleated roster, but that was the embodiment of a Survivor Series imo. If your serious about Tag Wrestling, just do the 4 on 4's and Rocky appears, and let the buy rates be what they are. At some point you cannot sit down and say our finanicals are in the tank, when your paying Taker, HHH, Edge, Show, and Kane all to be some form of retired Thats at least 10 million a year on the downsides alone. You just got to let that stuff go and understand that even if this quarter is not that great, your setting yourself up to make so much money if Stone Cold and Taker come back for programs that your going to be laughing straight to the bank.
