Batman of Shanghai is a series of animated shorts from the DC Nation block on Cartoon Network, presenting a unique re-imagining of the Batman universe in a heavily stylized form, set in a 1930's era Shanghai.
Wow I love this. This would make an awesome show.

This is amazing. The style and take on a 1930's China mixed with Batman lore is too good.

Cartoon Network proving they're still the real deal when it comes to animation.
